How do I book a visit?

Call (718) 668-3767. Tell us when you are home. We call back to book a visit.

How much is a service call?

The service call is $189 in Staten Island and Brooklyn, or $249 in Manhattan, plus tax. It includes the trip and diagnosis. If you approve a repair, the full service-call amount is credited toward repair labor.

Is the diagnostic included?

Yes. Diagnosis is included in the service-call price. There is no separate diagnostic fee on top of that visit.

Does the visit price include all repair labor and parts?

The visit price covers the trip and diagnosis. The repair price depends on what the machine needs. Russ explains the labor and any parts before you approve the work. If you go ahead, the full service-call amount is applied to the repair labor; parts and any additional labor are included in the repair quote. Tax is additional.

Do I get an estimate before work starts?

Yes. You can have the repair price in writing. No work starts without your OK.

Is there a first-time discount?

Yes. $25 off for first-time customers. Mention it when you call. The terms are on the Terms page at appliancesrruss.com/terms.

What do you repair?

Washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and range hoods. Call if you are not sure.

What areas do you serve?

Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Call if I should check the building first.

What are your hours?

Repairs Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Call or text anytime. Russ returns every call. Weekday visit windows we often give: 10–2 and 2–4. Russ confirms the Saturday time with you.

Do you warranty the work?

Yes. 1-year parts and labor from Appliances R Russ, not the factory. If the same issue comes back, we come back.
